1 lbs ground chuck
1 lbs sweet sausage
1 med onion chopped
1 lg can enchilada sauce (red or green your preference)
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbs cumin
1 can black olives sliced
1 sm can green chiles
1 package/2 cups mexican style shredded cheese
about 8/10 flour tortillas

Directions:

brown ground chuck with onion drain,
brown sweet sausage drain , mix both into one bowl set aside.

combine enchilada sauce and mushroom soup add cumin.

on bottom of casserole dish put a few spoonfuls of the enchilada mushroom mixture.

cut and trim flour tortillas to piece and fit and cover bottom of dish.

put layer of beef & sausage mixture , then add a few olives and a few green chilies add heaping handful of shredded cheese, then pour a 1/4 enchilada mushroom soup mix over.

repeat make next layer cut and trim flour tortillas to piece and fit, put layer of beef & sausage mixture , then add a few olives and a few green chilies, add heaping handful of shredded cheese, then pour a 1/4 enchilada mushroom soup mix over.

repeat till you run out

cover with foil bake at 350 for 30/35mins
