2¼ lb Potatoes (raw)
Salt
2 Onions
2 Eggs
3-4 T Flour
Oil or Shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Peel & wash and grate potatoes. Mix in salt to taste and grated onion, eggs and flour. Heat oil and put in the mix by spoonfuls (3 lg T will do). Flatten then fry on both sides until brown and crisp
Serve with Applesauce
