3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1½ c. butter, softened
1½ c. packed brown sugar
1½ c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. chocolate chips
2 c. coconut
3 c. oats
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Mix in vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, oats, and nuts. Drop ¼ c. dough onto un-greased baking sheet, spaced 3 inches apart. Bake 350º for 17-20 minutes until edges start to brown. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
