48oz. chunky peanut butter
16oz. powdered sugar
⅛ c. evaporated milk
3 c. crisped rice cereal*
melting chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except chocolate together until combined (if it looks shiny add more powdered sugar). Roll into balls, dip in melting chocolate. Use tongs or fork to dip and place on wax paper. Cool in fridge. Makes about 60.
*Use gluten free.
