1 lb. pkg. franks
4 cups sliced potatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced onion
3 T butter
2 1/2 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions 5 minutes, drain. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, seasonings and milk. Slice half the franks crosswise in penny like slices. Alternate layers of potatoes and onion, franks and sauce in greased 2 qt casserole. Top with remaining franks and grated cheese.

Bake at 400º for about 30 minutes
