lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, red onions, sliced water chestnuts, green or other colored pepper, frozen green peas(defrosted), bacon bits, grated cheese, 4 hardboiled eggs,
Salad dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsps. vinegar
2 tbsps. sugar

Directions:
Start with a trifle bowl or clear glass bowl. Shred the lettuce to cover the bottom half of the bowl. Start layering the salad vegetables, alternating colors. Add the salad dressing to the top of the vegetables. Then add peas, cheese, bacon bits and end it with sliced hard boiled eggs.
