3 cups rhubarb, diced
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter

Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb.

Grease a 9" pan, and add mixture. Dot the top of the rhubarb mixture with butter.

Sprinkle the crisp with the crumb topping. (Mix the brown sugar and flour together, and cut in the butter until the butter is the size of peas.)

Bake at 400º for 50 minutes or until topping is crisp and golden brown.
