Directions:
Combine 1¾ c. flour, ¾ c. butter, brown sugar and blend well with a mixer. Pour into a 9"x13" baking pan and press down to create crust. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Combine ¼ c. flour, ¾ c. chocolate malted milk powder, white sugar, and baking powder. Separately beat three eggs and add 2 tsp. vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread evenly over the partially baked crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes more at 350º, let cool.
