2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. flaked coconut
½ c. chopped nuts
½ c. white sugar
½ c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
2 c. powdered sugar
¼ c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 -12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts in a medium bowl. Cream ½ c. butter, 1 c. powdered sugar, and egg. Cook mixture in a double boiler until egg is cooked and slightly thick, about 5 minutes. Pour over crumb mixture and mix well. Put into 9"x13" greased pan and press down to form 1st layer. Chill a few hours in the refrigerator. Cream 2 c. powdered sugar, ¼ c. butter, vanilla, and milk, adding just enough milk to make it spreadable. Spread on chilled first layer, refrigerate. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, spread on top of chilled second layer. Cut as soon as set, store in refrigerator.
