2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
5 c. oatmeal
24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. Hershey bar, grated
1 c. M&M's
3 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until well mixed. Separately, sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix with butter and sugar mixture. Stir in oatmeal, chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar, M&M's, and nuts. Roll into balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 375º for 16 minutes.
