4 Salmon Fillets
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
¼ c. Soy Sauce - low sodium
3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 Cloves Garlic - minced
¼ tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º.

Remove salmon fillets from refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. This allows them to come to room temperature and cook evenly.

Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and lightly season both sides with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, syrup, garlic and pepper. Stir to combine. Pour the soy mixture over the top of the salmon and place into preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and brush fillets again with the soy mixture from the bottom of the baking dish.
