Ingredients:

Combine and let sit:
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 ½ c. warm water
¼ c. brown sugar

Add the rest of the ingredients:
3 cups cooked wild rice
½ cup molasses
¼ cup butter (softened)
1 T. salt
½ c. potato flakes (I have made it without these…but I think it adds softness)
7-8 cups all-purpose flour

Mix well and knead for about 10 minutes. Let rise until double. Shape into desired loaves or buns, let rise again and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
