4 (6 oz.) Salmon Fillets - skinless
1 ½ tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Parsley
¼ c. Lemon Juice
¼ c. Melted Butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Place salmon on baking sheet and rub salmon evenly with 1 1/2 Tbsp. of minced garlic and 2 Tbsp. parsley.
Combine 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1/4 c. melted butter together and pour the mixture over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is white in color.
