1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 c. Carrots, finely chopped so they cook
1 c. Onion, finely chopped
½ c. Celery, finely chopped (2 stalks)
4 cloves Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 c. Beef Stock/Broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Salt
1 ½ c. Frozen Green Peas
1 24 oz. package prepared Mashed Potatoes
½ tsp. Paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475º.

Cook beef in skillet on medium high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.

Add onion, celery, carrots and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste; cook 1 minute.

Combine 1/4 c. broth and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add cornstarch mixture, remaining 3/4 c. broth, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt to pan. Stir in peas. Cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Place beef mixture in a 2 quart baking dish. Top evenly with premade mashed potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with paprika.

Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
