3 lbs. pork roast
1 c. brown sugar
2 cans Dr. Pepper
1 7oz. can chipotle chilies in Adobe sauce*
(remove chilies and discard)
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
1 heaping tsp. cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
⅓ c. ketchup
Tortillas
Toppings of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork in blender. Pour over pork and cook in crockpot on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours. Shred pork. Serve in warm tortillas with black or pinto beans, cilantro lime rice*, tomatillo salad dressing*, green enchilada sauce*, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, avocado, onions, tomatoes, any other veggies or toppings.
*Use gluten free.
