½ lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
14 slices of bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 lb bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
12 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9"x13" pan and arrange bread cubes in pan. Beat eggs, add milk, mustard and salt. Pour over bread. Top with cheese and then bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375º for 45 min., covered, then uncover and bake 15 min. longer or until knife comes out clean.
