2 c boiling water
2 c 100% bran flakes
4 c Kellogg all bran
1 c crisco
3 c white sugar

4 unbeaten eggs
1 qt buttermilk
5 tsp baking soda
5 c flour beat well

Directions:
Directions:
Put bran flakes, all bran, crisco, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Pour boiling water over all of mixture and let cool
add 4 unbeaten eggs to mixture
add small amount of buttermilk to mixture, add baking soda to the rest of the buttermilk container and shake to mix well.
add 5 cups of flour to the mixture slowly while mixing

put muffin papers in pan, lightly spray with cooking spray
put mixture into cups about ¾ full
bake 400 º for 20 minutes
mix will keep in the refrigerator for 6-8 weeks
