1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted in microwave
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips/morsels
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
white mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 F (325 F for glass dish). Coat 13 x 9 inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
3. Spread enough coconut to cover the crumbs, spread enough chocolate chips to cover coconut, and spread enough marsmallows to cover the chocolate chips.
4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers (warm it to easily pour).
5. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds (easiest to cut at room temperature with a chilled knife). Store covered at room temperature.

Often made by his cousin, Keith's absolute favourite dessert is a rocky road square - or two! Heidi says "The amount of coconut, chocolate chips and marshmallows can be varied; I never measure these...just pour enough on to cover layer underneath."
