Preheat oven to 425º.
Prepare a 11 x 17 sheet pan with cooking spray (or butter).
Carefully crack eggs into the sheet pan. (Try to spread them out as best you can)
Season with salt & pepper.
Cook eggs for 5 - 6 mins. (Until whites are cooked & yolk is still soft - as desired).
Slice up & enjoy!
