2 cups Cornmeal
2 cups Flour
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp bake soda.
1/2 cups butter.
1 1/3 cups sugar.
4 eggs
2 cups buttermilk.

Oven 375-400. melt butter in skillet. Mix eggs sugar buttermilk then dry ingredients and pours batter in to hot skillet when butter is melted. Then bake 30-40 min. EAT! Double recipe for regular size skillet --USE CAST IRON SKILLET ONLY

Preheat oven 375-400.
Melt butter in skillet in 12" CAST IRON SKILLET ONLY
Mix eggs sugar buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
Mix dry ingredients into wet, do not over stir - pour batter in to hot skillet when butter is melted, let it cook for a couple minutes so you see the edges getting cooked. Then bake 30-40 min. EAT! Cut the recipe in 1/2 for a smaller skillet --USE CAST IRON SKILLET ONLY

Serve with Herb or Honey Butter - Exercise for the next 5 days after eating
