Homemade Alfredo (recipe in Sauces, Dressings and Marinades)
1 lb. Chicken Breast
Zesty Italian Dressing (chicken marinade)
1 Broccoli Crown
1 box Fettuccini Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cube your chicken into bite sized pieces about 2 hours before cooking. Place cut up chicken in a container or Ziploc bag and pour dressing over top and allow to marinate. Cook the chicken in a skillet until thoroughly cooked. Using the same skillet make your alfredo sauce, recipe in Sauces. Cut your broccoli into bite sized florets, steam until desired tenderness is reached. Boil your pasta while you are making the alfredo sauce and steaming the broccoli. Add the chicken back to the skillet mixing with the sauce. You can also add the broccoli to the skillet as well, but we tend to leave on the side and you can get as much as you want.
