1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. cooked rice
2 t. Italian seasoning
1/2 t. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
4 bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
2-15 oz. can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion; drain. Mix in rice and seasonings. Pour 1 can sauce in 9" dish. Stuff beef mixture into peppers; place peppers in pan. Pour remaining can of sauce over peppers; cover with foil. Bake at 400º for 35-45 minutes, or until peppers are tender. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more; spoon sauce over peppers.
