1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 stick of butter
4 cups of milk
2 cans condensed potato soup
2 cans white cream style corn
1 pound white lump crab meat
1 teaspoon pepper (1/3 white pepper, 1/3 red pepper, 1/3 black pepper)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspooon thyme
1/4 cup dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add all remaining except sherry. Cook over low heat
about 15 minutes. Stir in sherry and heat for about 2 more minutes.
