1 cup Pumpkin (must be PURE PUMPKIN not pie mixed)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda

Glaze
2 tbsp Bacon Grease or Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs and oil in a bowl.
Add in baking soda and flour. Stir until a stiff dough forms.
Knead dough or mix just until flour is incorporated.
Roll out dough and cut with a cookie cutter.
Bake for 15 mins.

Whisk bacon grease & peanut butter until very smooth.
Drizzle over the treats & cool.

"Cash" thinks these are great! I dont know for sure - haven't tried them. :)

Again, I like to freeze these individually and then put in a ziplock or container in freezer to keep fresh and for ease of use.
