3 cans Shredded Chicken
8 oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz. Bowtie pasta
2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar Cheese (can substitute Colby)
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Milk
2 Fresh Jalapeno, diced (with seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350°.

2. Boil pasta according to package.

3. In a pan, melt cream cheese. Add water and milk. Add cheese.

4. Add jalapeno and pasta.

5. Mix in chicken.

6. Put mixture in casserole dish and bake (covered) for 20 minutes.

7. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.

8. Serve!
