Ingredients:
Ingredients:
300g flour
1 teaspoon salt
120 ml (~½ cup) of warm water and milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and butter (or veg oil) in a bowl

2) Mix together with your fingers until crumb like texture is formed. Add the water, half of the content at a time and mix together until you form a smooth dough

3) Transfer dough unto worktop and knead for about 8-10 minutes

4) Place dough in an oiled boil and cover for 20-30 min

5) Transfer the dough to the worktop and divide into 6 or 8 balls and let rest for another 10 min

6) Place on-stick frying pan on medium

7) Lightly dust the worktop with flour and roll the dough until its flattened. Do this one at a time. Do not roll all at once or it will get soggy/ hard to work

8) Place the rolled dough on the frying pan and cook for about a minute, you will notice some bubbles on the surface. Cook until slightly brown but not burnt

9) Flip to the other side and cook for another 30 seconds

10) Take it off the heat and place in an air tight container/ oven/ microwave. This stops the bread from drying out and will keep warm.
