2 lb fresh squash or 2 pt. pkg frozen
minced garlic
1 small onion
2 t. salt
1 small bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook above ingredients until tender. Add 2 T butter, 2 well beaten eggs and 1 t. minced garlic dissolved in a little warm water. When cooking, be sure not to cook ingredients dry, layer squash mixture, 1 c. cracker crumbs and one lb. of grated garlic cheese. Dot on top with butter. Bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly in middle.
