3/4 pounds Grated Cheddar Cheese
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Dry Mustard
3/4 tsp White Pepper
3 3/4 cups milk (use whole milk)
6 Eggs, Slightly Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Butter both sides of bread and place in a buttered 9x13 casserole dish.
2. Sprinkle grated cheese over bread
3. Beat eggs
4. Add salt, mustard, pepper to eggs.
5. Pour over bread and cheese.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
Next morning:
7. Bake for approximately 50 minutes to one hour.

This recipe was from Kaki Bonous of IBM. I met Kaki way back in 1970. She was representing IBM as the top woman of Executive Women International of which I was President in 1976, representing the Dallas Times Herald. She was a wonderful friend, who said her best friend was her mother. I think of her and her mother each time I prepare this (family favorite) recipe.
