6 eggs


deviled eggs:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

hard boiled eggs:
place 6 eggs in saucepan with enough water to cover, add salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and1 tablespoon of baking soda to water (suppose to make shells come off easier)
once boiling, cover pan and reduce heat to low, cook for 15 minutes. once done immediately add cold water and ice to cool completely.

deviled eggs:
halve cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolk.
place yolks in smal bowl and mash with fork.
add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. mix well.
stuff yolk mixture back into egg whites and garnish with bacon, olives, paprika, etc.
