Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 16 oz Jar Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Butter, softened
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
24 oz Hershey's Chocolate Bars, broken up into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet(s), or any other metal pan, that will fit in your freezer, with foil.

2. In a large bowl, by hand, mix peanut butter with butter and vanilla, until thoroughly combined. Slowly add powdered sugar to mixture, using a spoon. Using a wooden spoon will not stick as badly.

3. Mix until all powdered sugar is blended in. If mixture is too sticky, add powdered sugar a little at a time, to desired texture. Dough should roll easily into balls that stick together.

4. Roll mixture into 1" balls, and place 2" apart on foiled cookie sheet. Set in freezer for 15-30 mins.

5. A few minutes before removing the peanut butter balls from the freezer, melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments. Every 30 seconds, stir the chocolate around, until smooth.

6. Remove balls from freezer. Using toothpicks or a fork, dip balls in chocolate, drain a little, and set back on foil lined pan.

7. Once pan is full, return to freezer for 15-30 minutes. Remove pan from freezer, and pop candy off the foil by hand. Store in air tight container. Can be stored in refrigerator to last longer.
