3/4 cup of Water
1 stick Butter (soften)
1 box Yellow Cake mix
Non-stick Cooking spray
Bundt Pan


BUTTER CREAM FROSTING
1 stick Butter (soften)
(1) 16 oz pk Confectioners' Sugar
2-3 tsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix with water and beat on low speed. Add butter, then add eggs one at a time, and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. pour into sprayed bundt pan spread evenly. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Let cool, and prepare frosting. Frost cool cake with butter cream frosting and apply coconut by hand.
BUTTER CREAM FROSTING
Mix 1/2 of confectioners' sugar with soften butter and vanilla, beat on low mixing in rest of sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat at high speed until icing becomes fluffy and forming peaks. Add more milk as needed. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks and months in freezer. Prep-time 25 minutes Serves 8-10
