1 jar roasted red peppers (16 oz)
2 14 oz cans Tomato fire roasted
3 links Italian sausage remove casing
1 small onion, diced
2 stalk celery stalk diced
1 carrots, diced
4 cups chicken broth
3 cloves garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
season to taste
heavy cream optional

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat cook sausage breaking it up while it cook. set aside when done.
In a pot saute your onion, celery, carrots after about 5 minutes add your garlic, red pepper flakes & italian season & salt pepper continue to cook another 2 minutes.
Now add your roasted red pepper & fire roasted tomato and 2 cups of the broth cook for 10 minutes remove from the heat let cool for 5 minutes pour into a food processor or blender puree until smooth pour back into the pot add the other 2 cups of broth and simmer until done.
Put the sausage into the food processor pulse a couple time to get a fine crumble like consistency now add to the soup.
