1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/8 cup olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoon chipotle Tabasco sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 large chicken thighs
2 teaspoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high

Stir together lime juice, olive oil, Tabasco sauce and salt in liquid measuring cup. Place chicken in large sealable bag and add 1/3 cup marinade (reversing balance of marinade in measuring cup.) Seal bag, force out air and marinate chicken at room temperature for 15 minutes. Stir honey into reserved marinade to make sauce.

Grill chicken, discarding marinade, on lightly oiled rack turning occasionally till almost done (about 18 to 20 minutes)

Brush both sides of the chicken with some of the reserved sauce and grill another minute per side. Serve chicken drizzled with the remaining sauce.
