4 fillet Catfish
1/3 c. cooking Oil
1/4 c. self-rising Flour
1/4 c. Seafood Breading mix
dash Black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 plastic Ziploc bag
Cajun seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse catfish and cut each piece into 2 portions. Mix seafood breading, flour, pepper and paprika in Ziploc bag. Add catfish and shake coating the fish. Place in hot pan, brown on each side until done. Lay a double layer of paper towels on a plate to absorb the excess oils. Dust with Cajun seasonings (optional).
