Ingredients:  
1 block of extra sharp white cheddar cheese sliced (Cracker Barrel brand works great)
1 8oz block of cream cheese sliced
1 can of black olives sliced
1 can of green olives sliced
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup of balsamic
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoons of basil
3 tablespoons of parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Slice cheese and cream cheese into desired size and alternate cheeses in a sealable container. Place sliced olives on top.
Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over top of cheese and olives, refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.
