Celery
Hellman’s mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper

Most people also add chopped onion.

There are no measurements for this. It is really based on how much you want to make.
Boil red potatoes being sure they do not get too mushy.
Boil two eggs for every potato you have.
Chop celery small. Only add a small amount.
Peel the eggs and potatoes. In a large bowl, cut the potatoes into bite size pieces. Cut the eggs up and add to the potatoes. Add in chopped celery.
Add enough mayonnaise to be sure all the potatoes are covered. Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate. You might need to add more mayonnaise after it chills.
