1 qt. mayonnaise
1 cup catsup
½ medium red onion
4 stalks celery
4 sweet pickles
½ bell pepper
2½ sprigs parsley
2 tsp. pimento or canned red peppers
2 hard boiled eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend by hand ( or at lowest setting on mixer) the mayonnaise and catsup.
2. Chop very finely the rest of ingredients.
3. Add and blend with mayonnaise mixture just enough to combine.
