½ c shortening ¾ c sugar 2 tsp baking powder 2 eggs 2 c flour salt "Kraft" Raspberry Jam-do not substitute brand.
Cream shortening and sugar, add in beaten eggs, sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Mold in mini muffin pans, put 1 teaspoon raspberry jam in each one and top with the topping mixture. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
