2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp white vinegar

1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add in the wet ingredients then stir until smooth.
4. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean.
6. Cool in the pan and serve from the pan.
