Do this the night before:
Soak 3/4 cup rice in about 1 cup of water overnight

Strain rice, and add rice to blender
Add:
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed milk ( but add only half.... if it’s not sweet enough you can always add more
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
Blend and grind rice in blender for 2 minutes.

Do not strain this.
Put it into a lg pitcher —- 2 quart
Add water in pitcher to about 3/4 full.
Add ice to fill pitcher.

If not sweet enough, add more condensed milk
