1 Lb Lean Beef, Cut into ¾" Strips (Loin or Sirloin)
½ Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
¼ Cup Water
1 Pkg (12 oz) Frozen
Japanese Vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat diagonally into thin strips. Place in a non-metal dish, or heavy plastic bag, cover with soy sauce and water. Marinate meat for at least ten minutes.

Warm a wok, or non-stick fry pan to high-medium high. Adds meat, stir-fry until browned.

Combine cornstarch and ¼ cup water in separate bowl, stir into meat.

Add frozen vegetables, cook until heated throughly, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with rice.
