2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
1 6 oz. can black olives
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange orange slices on a large plate. Place an olive in the center of each slice. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.

The orange salad is served after dinner. Our family takes a break between dinner and dessert to open gifts on Christmas Eve. After the opening of gifts, the salad is served, followed by dessert.
