3 to 3½ cups unbleached or bread flour
1½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup very hot water (120ºF-130ºF)
3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixer bowl combine 1 cup flour, salt, sugar, and yeast; mix well.
With mixer at low speed, gradually add hot water and olive oil. Increase speed to medium and beat for 1 minute. Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough. On lightly floured knead for 5 minutes. Place in oiled bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm, draft free place until doubled in bulk, 30 to 60 minutes. Punch down dough. Makes dough for two 12- or 14- inch pizzas or one 12-14 inch pizza or 16 bow ties.
