Ingredients: 5 Tbsp. Olive Oil 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten 3 Tbsp. Corn Starch 10 Tbsp. Flour 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt 2 Tsp. Paprika 3 Chicken Breast chopped into bite size chunks Sauce: 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil (or regular oil and can sprinkle with sesame seeds at the end) 2 Gloves Garlic minced 1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp. Honey 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce 3 Tbsp. Ketchup 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce Boiled Rice Sesame Seed Green Onions chopped

Directions:Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot. While oil is heating place the egg in a shallow bowl and the cornflour in another shallow bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika to another shallow bowl and mix together. Dip the chicken in the cornflour the dip in the egg (make sure all of the piece of chicken is covered in egg wash) and finally dip in the seasoned flour. Add to the wok or frying pan and cook on high heat for 6-7 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times during cooking until well browned. Remove from pan and place in a bowl line with paper towels. Add of the sauce ingredients to the hot pan, stir and bubble on a high until sauce reduces by about a third (2 to 3 minutes). Add chicken back to pan and toss in the sauce to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and top with sesame seed and green onions. |
