2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. butter
8 slices each of green and red pepper
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, sliced
1-2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp. each of basil, lemon pepper, and salt
1/8 tsp. each of pepper and garlic powder
4 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl and coat. Then, saute chicken in butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms, and onion, cook 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat, add cream and seasonings. Heat through. Add linguine and toss. Top with parmesan cheese.
