2 cups carrots sliced ¼ inch
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup celery sliced ½ inch
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage (Jimmy Dean Hot is good too.)
4 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup beef bouillon
15 oz. tomato sauce
14 ½ oz. can whole tomatoes
10 ¾ oz. can tomato soup
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. thyme leaves
1/3 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. saucepan combine carrots, onions, celery and sausage. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisply tender (8-12 min.). Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until stew is thickened (20-30 min.).
