2 Cups All Purpose Flour
⅔ Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
⅓ Cup Butter, Melted
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Fresh, or Frozen Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl mix eggs, milk, butter, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix wet bowl into dry bowl and mix until smooth. Add blueberries and fold in. Fill greased, or paper filled muffin cups.

Brush tops with melted butter, and sprinkle more sugar on.

Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Cool on baking rack.
