1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8 square pan or 12 muffin tin. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and cooking oil. Stir in flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour into pan or muffin tin. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
