SPONGE
¼ Cup Lukewarm Water
2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
¼ Cup Flour

CRUST
½ Cup Lukewarm Water
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1¾ Cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Make a sponge as directed. Let sponge rise for 20-30 minutes. Then add crust ingredients. Kneed well, then roll out flat. Freezes well.

Makes 3 crust, it is recommended to double recepie when making.
