2 lbs. frozen hash browns
c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed cornflakes
c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
DEFROST hash browns. COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hash browns. PUT all in a 3 qt. casserole. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. COVER and BAKE at 350F for about 40 min.
